How we started

 

Founder and baker Danielle Bunnell has always loved cookies! But, working as a fit model the past fifteen years she has had to be careful about her diet. Not wanting to give up her favorite treats, she worked tirelessly on developing healthier versions without sacrificing taste. By using whole grain flours, cutting down on sugar and oil, using natural sweetners like honey and maple syrup she created her signature cookies. She quickly became known throughout her social circle for her delicious cookies. After years of encouragement she launched D'lish Cookie Company where she bakes to order small batches for same day delivery throughout Los Angeles. D'lish has a variety of classic (Danielle's healthier versions) and vegan gluten free cookies to choose from.
